JACLYN’S STORY
Jaclyn has always had a great interest in anatomy and movement. Throughout her life, being healthy and taking regular exercise has been significant. She began to learn Pilates in the 1990’s. It is now no surprise to her friends that Jaclyn delights in the teaching of this method.
Jaclyn reflects on her early experience: “after a full days work the last thing you want to be doing is exercising! However, after a Pilates session I always felt so much better. I sleep well, I am relaxed, move better and my posture has so radically improved.”
Jaclyn goes on to say:
